Fabric Service Desk Lead
Fabric Service Desk Lead- Contract - London My client, a highly recognised media corporation, requires a Fabric service Desk lead to be located in West London. The role is an immediate start. As a successful applicant you would be working as part of a small team on a service desk. 80% of the role will be on the service desk, but will also be expected to be heavily process driven and able to take the lead and be the first point of escalation. " Service desk background required. Staff may also be expected to move into the centralised service desk in a more centralised location after time and support IT. " Fantastic Customer Service Skills required and strong IT skills for when migrated to the centralised location within the company. " Applicants must be able to write processes and procedures. " Ideally ITIL or very good knowledge of " Must have experience of supervising staff and dealing with stakeholders. " Must be able to cope well under pressure This is a very new service desk which needs enhancing to meet the changing business demand.
