The hire will assertively drive individual sprints to completion in line with agreed targets, objectives and budgets through providing effective leadership, motivation and inspiration to a diverse range of skill sets within an agile methodology environment. Essential Experience: * Proven track record in managing and delivering large, key strategic projects * Experience in structured complex project management (RAD / Agile ) * General Insurance Claims Expert (Guidewire) * Management of teams, plans and costs on large scale projects * Package configuration and implementation * Detailed claims operations and management * Process design and workflow * Specific experience relating to the track to be managed is desirable (i.e. Home/Motor/Claims Administration/Output Management) Position: Scrum Master Location: London Rate: �500 - �525 Industry: Insurance Contract: 12 Months+ Start date: ASAP (4 weeks notice) If you feel you possess the requisite skill set to execute this role please email me your CV and I will contact you in due time.
