Need to create a database that has the following functions: Admin can upload a PDF and have the following access to these permissions: 1) Can't edit 2) Can't delete 3) Can't download 4) Can't copy 5) Can't take a snapshot Process: Users will register on another website and this information will be send to this server. Server will send an email to confirm the registration. Users will receive a unique key that will have a time limit (you can only click once within 10 minutes, etc.) - this time limit should be set in hours (any 1-24 hours). The document will also have a time limit which is controlled by the admin. Please also separately include the cost for allowing videos and audio to be uploaded with the same permissions as above.
