2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer - Reigate Currently we are recruiting for a Support Engineer to work for our client in Reigate. The roles require candidates to perform routine maintenance checks on various platforms, providing support to maintain agreed level of service availability. The role is responsible for the timely and accurate resolution of any calls raised by the business community on Server infrastructure ensuring the identification of the Root Cause and implementing the countermeasures. Experience Required: - Windows XP/7 - IBM I5OS - Linux Red Hat - VMWare - Wintel - SQL 2000/2008 N.B.
