HR Business Partner A large Defence client is looking for a HR Business Partner for an 8 month contract role in Wiltshire for an immediate start. The HR Business Partner will need to have: Generalist HR knowledge and experience within all aspects of HR. Experience of delivering in a similar HR Business Partner role. Must be able to have thorough understanding of organisational development. Understanding business requirements and being able to match the tools and processes for these. Must be able to build working relationships with all parties and delivering to these. Security Clearance is an essential requirement for this HR Business Partner role.
