THE COMPANY An award-winning international design practice is looking for a numerate and experienced administration / document control assistant to join their fantastic team. THE ADMINISTRATION DOCUMENT CONTROL ASSISTANT ROLE As administration / document control assistant, you will be coordinating and supporting all the document control requirements, the scanning and registration of incoming and outgoing correspondence, reports, issuing drawings to clients and contractors, as well as, using the document management systems. Additional responsibilities include uploading / downloading electronic architectural drawings and technical documents to the extranet sites. ABOUT YOU You will have at least 1year experience working as Administration / Document Control Assistant in a design or architecture practice. You need to be highly accurate with a good attention to details, cope with conflicting demands, prioritise duties, work well under pressure, have a flexible attitude to work, strong time management skillis with excellent written and numerical skills.
