Job Title : Oracle Specialist. Location : Atlanta GA. Duration : 4 Months Contract To Hire. Sure Shot Placement. GC OR CITIZENS. Analyzes requirements for IT support. Analyzes the problem and the information to be processed. Defines the problem in writing. Provides technical guidance to other project members and serves as task leader on smaller tasks. Also verifies accuracy and completeness of programs by preparing sample data and coordinating test runs made by operating personnel. Evaluates and modifies existing programs to take into account changes in procedures or type of reports desired. Performs system development activities, design and configuration management as needed. Specifically, the candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following activities: 1. Working with team and business partners to define Oracle configuration strategy 2. Program the product configuration as required in the proposed design 3. Understand the design requirement, programming the system, unit testing the changes and working with business partners to ensure full system testing is complete and the implementation is successful 4. Lead root cause analysis of production configuration issues and develop plans to resolve the issues 5. Facilitate problem solving with business partners to propose a solution to issues and oversee the implementation of the solution 6. Create system designs that meet the product configuration requirements 7. Propose and implement new processes / changes to existing processes that help ensure the successful implementation of projects 8. Design and program BOM and /or Configuration requirements into the Oracle system 9. Configuring and customizing iStore to meet requirements 10. Developing a configuration model and a configurator in Configurator Developer Oracle Skills Required : 1. Detailed Technical Knowledge of Oracle's E-Business Suite modules and underlying table schema experience 2. Expert experience of 5+ years, with the following Oracle Applications: a. Oracle iStore b. Oracle Configurator Developer 3. Knowledge and experience working with Oracle E-Business APIs and Open Interfaces. 4. Coding skills in Java, Oracle SQL, Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle Development Tools including but not limited to Forms, Reports, Workflow, JDeveloper and BI Publisher. 5. Experience with Oracle SOA suite, maintaining and extending Oracle iStore functionality and JSP development. 6. Experience developing applications using OA Framework and Oracle ADF. 7.
