Overview of role Reporting to the Onsite Account Manager, the main function of this role is to meet client expectations and Flexi-Worker needs in relation to the supply of temporary labour. Single Resource forms part of The Staffing Group. The role is based in Kiveton with a salary of £7.50 whilst temporary rising to £16,000 pa with a £2,000 KPI bonus when perm. Responsibilities To clearly establish Client & Flexi workers relationships To administer Flexi-Worker details e.g. Numbers, job description, hours of work and update our record document system To liaise with the client to arrange interviews and to debrief Flexi workers and the client as and when required. Ensure that all clients and flexi workers comply with Health and Safety legislation and promptly refer any concerns to the line manager. To conform with statutory employment and contractual legislation. To monitor the timely placement of temporary and permanent staff and to resolve any issues raised. To ensure that all records of candidates and customer requirements are current and up-to-date. To assist in the smooth running of all Administration duties, inclusive of prompt delivery of Time Management & Attendance methods to facilitate the payroll of Flexi-Workers. To regularly visit onsite customers to develop a good working relationship and to identify business opportunities. To assist the onsite Account Manager with contractual issues. To comply with all onsite processes and procedures to achieve the standards required. To liaise and co-ordinate with Single Resource and panel supplier agencies on the provision of recruitment services To carry out onsite Pre-Inductions and training in accordance with Single Resource client requirements.
