Interim HR Advisor
Fantastic opportunity has arisen for a fully generalist HR Advisor to work for an international retail business and well known brand based in London. This will initially be offered on a 6 month contract but may go permanent in the future. HR Advisor Responsibilities: Recruitment and Selection: advertising internally and externally, delivering fair and innovative recruitment and selection strategy, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and candidates eligibility to work in the UK. Employee Relations: Resolving ER issues in a timely manner, assisting with organisational restructures, ensure company handbook is updated in line with any changes in legislation, advising managers on best practice and performance management. Training and Development: Ensure internal and external training sessions are well planned, cost effective and records are maintained for statutory training. Compensation and Benefits: Job evaluations, salary surveys, benchmarking. Ad Hoc: Supporting with projects HR Advisor Skills Required: * Previous experience as a senior HR Officer or HR Advisor, ideally from a Retail background * Part or Fully CIPD qualified * Must be commercially focussed and used to working in a fast pace environment * Strong interpersonal skills and a self starter * Strong understanding of UK employment law * You will ideally be available to start at short notice Whats on Offer?
