This is a 6 month interim assignment working within a leading organisation as an interim recruitment / researcher. Responsible for project managing recruitment delivery against a portfolio of requisitions as assigned by the Recruitment Manager Manage and participate in the selection process to include screening against required technical standards, interviewing, assessing, offer management within defined service and performance criteria Act as a key point of contact for client groups and business facing HR providing expert guidance and progress updates on resourcing initiatives and campaign management Work in partnership with the Talent Sourcers (peers) to deliver multi-channel attraction and sourcing initiatives to produce high quality, diverse pools of candidates Engage additional support from Talent Sourcer to strengthen candidate pipelines as required Responsible for ensuring quality candidate experience throughout the process in-line with the organisation's Candidate Charter Accountable for robust requisition management e.g. accurate job details and timely selection and posting to relevant job boards Accountable for data integrity in line with agreed performance criteria, including timely and accurate update of applicant tracking systems Ensure effective use of recruitment data to inform progress reporting and process improvement Responsible for the selection and use of agencies as part of an overall resourcing plan Ensure adherence to values and policies, as well as applicable local and statutory employment legislation
