Interim Organisation Development Consultant
Our client who is a global communications business is looking to recruit for an Interim Organisational Development Consultant to join their HR team. You will work with the Head of resourcing and development . The role includes the full talent cycle from recruitment through performance management and employee engagement to fulfilling future talent requirements. The role is looking to support key projects in the business which are :- - Design and Implement a career structure, including the identification of core skills and career paths to support effective performance management and retain and promote talent within the business - Improve performance management - Set out an effective employee engagement strategy Individuals will have operated successfully as an internal or external consultant in the past and be able to evidence strong understanding and capability in: - Designing and implementing effective performance management approaches and tools - Developing and implanting a competency framework - Supporting individuals and teams through change - Identifying and managing external providers
