We are working with our client in identifying a Blended Learning Instructional Designer to update and created ILT and WBT related to financial and insurance subject matter. Qualified candidates will have 3 - 10+ years experience in Instructional Design and will possess excellent ILT and WBT design and development skills, along with strong elearning development skills using one or more of the following tools: Captivate, Articulate, or Lectora. Strong adult learning theory knowledge is required along with a proactive nature. Must be able to meet deadlines and work effectively in a large corporate environment. Experience Required: Preferred: Degree in Instructional Technologies or Education 3-10+ years of Instructional Design experience and solid knowledge of Adult Learning principles (ADDIE) 3+ years experience designing and developing both ILT and CBT Must be solidly proficient in Captivate, Articulate and/or Lectora with proficiency developing online self-study training Must have large corporate experience and ability to work effectively with SMEs and manage projects from beginning to end Must be able to provide excellent work samples upon client request (ILT and WBT samples preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional, friendly demeanor Background check required if selected for the project Preferred Skills: Insurance industry experience Preferred: Degree in Instructional Technologies or Education Start Date: ASAP Duration: 4+ months with possibility of extension.
