Accounts and HR Admin Assistant
If you are an experienced administrator who has previous experience of purchase ledger who is immediately available and looking for a role which allows the variety that most accounts roles often don't then please read on to find out more about this exciting opportunity. My global client has created a new opportunity within their central London office for a professional individual who can make this role their own. Initially on a temporary basis the right candidate will be made permanent. You will come to the organisation as an experienced administrator who has a sound working knowledge of Purchase Ledger as well as general accounts administration. However, this opportunity is a diverse one and you will also be involved in general HR administration as well as Contracts administration. For the right individual this opportunity allows you to fully understand most functions of the office environment and will allow you fully grasp how this company operates on every level. As a global organisation you will be on hand to support international organisations and therefore must be highly organised and work within time zone constraints. The Finance element of your role will include processing cheques, updating invoice database, clearing and filing invoices, providing PO numbers and completing general ad-hoc administration tasks. Within the HR element you will be involved in checking payroll, analysing data and managing the appraisal process to ensure everything is completed to company standard and on time. For a short time you will also be involved in the contract administration for 2 offices. This will involve making amendments to standard contracts where necessary, referring queries, keeping contract renewals up to date and updating sales database. As with any admin role you will not be limited to these tasks and must be flexible. You must represent the organisation in a positive and professional manner whether this is dealing with internal staff and directors or external clients. You should confidently manage your own work, have strong communication skills and show initiative. You will be experienced in the finance aspects above and be keen to learn the additional aspects of the role. In return you will be offered a highly competitive salary as well as excellent benefits.
