Agile Business Analyst - North West, Contract Type - Contract (6 months +) Location - Warrington / South Wales Rates - �250 - �350 per day Start Date - 9th September Agile Business Analyst is required for a Cheshire based client for an initial 6 month contract to join a large team of agile developers and testers as a Product Owner. The main purpose of this role is to liaise between the Testers/Developers and the End Users. You will be able to work closely with all parties involved and ultimate ensure the smooth transition of software to go 'live'. Role Description: - Capturing of detailed requirements from the Business - Understanding business processes - Translating into functional requirements using Use Cases and User Stories - Facilitate workshops - Conceptualise UI design - Work with the QA's so that requirements are fully testable - Find acceptance criteria - Gherkin Syntax - BDD Processes - Represent end users during development - Demonstration of software to end users - Collating feedback - Facilitating UAT with the business - Arranging training requirements - Transition of software to 'live' Therefore you will need: - Agile / Scrum / Kanban environment exposure - Experience working closely with Product Development teams. - Extensive knowledge of User Stories and Use Cases - A proven track record in gathering multiple requirements - Interaction with software developers and Testers Desirable Skills / Experience: - Certified SCRUM Master qualification - Product Owner - Agile Project Management - BDD - Backlog management You will need to be fully versed with working in a 'proper' agile team otherwise you are unlikely to be invited to interview. The best type of experience would come from working with Agile Developers & Testers in SCRUM teams, using technologies such as TDD & BDD. Ideally you will have worked on business systems and not just for retailers. Additionally you will be required to work 1-2 days per week in Caerphilly where on of the end clients is based.
