I need someone to go through this list of U.S. Census data for towns and boroughs and find which one of these places doesn't have a Chinese restaurant in it using internet search engines. eg. Bing, Google, Yahoo, Mapquest. The requirement is 2,200 in population or above. If more than 5,000 in population the ratio is 1:5000 (Chinese restaurant:population). This is brute, tedious work and will require someone with patience. The pay will be $2 for every locale found with no existing Chinese restaurant matching my description.
