Our major pharmaceutical client is looking for Finance Associate II in Thousand Oaks, CA. Job Summary   ·         Oversees the Capital and Operating Expense budgets ·         The individual in this role will also be responsible for generating a variety of monthly reports as well as ad hoc reporting as needed. ·         Provide additional analytical support as needed including, but not limited to: research of invoices and P.O.’s, assist in preparing supporting documentation for accruals, package and submit reclassifications.   Required: ·          BA / BS in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting or related field of study. ·          4 or more years experience in Finance/Accounting functions requiring business/financial analysis and presentation of results and recommendation to Senior Management. ·          Excel (pivot tables specifically) and PowerPoint Preferred: ·         Experience in prior Financial Planning & Analysis responsibilities ·         Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and present results to senior management in a professional, clear and concise manner. ·         Strong oral and written communication skills ·         Ability to work under minimal supervision. ·         Self-directed with demonstrated ability to effectively work in a group environment and independently ·         Ability to meet tight deadlines and effectively prioritize multiple tasks ·         Energetic candidate with excellent business acumen ·         Solid technical finance skills and overall working knowledge of financial systems and tools including Clarity and SAP applications
