Please feel free to call me on my cell phone after hours if it is easier for you to talk.  Gary  423 506 1332 FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Evaluate, select, develop, and adapt information systems criteria, techniques and procedures related to software engineering, application support and business analysis. - Develop and provide to the customer solutions to the problems they encounter. - Determine end users' system needs, propose solutions to those needs and then design programming specifications and requirements based on those needs. - Thoroughly document end user requirements. - Manage processes from cradle to grave. - Develop software applications including conceptual design, coding, testing, implementation, etc.). REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: - Minimum of 5 years of software development experience - Minimum of 5 years of experience with web development tools including HTML5, .NET, AJAX and CSS3 - Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle and SQL Server databases - Minimum of 3 years of experience in mobile applications development DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: - Proven experience with Apple iOS development - Thorough understanding of network and infrastructure services such as server architecture, routing, TCP/IP and Xen - Six Sigma methodology experience - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
