LOOKING FOR A INSIDE SALES/ OUTSIDE SALES PERSON FAMILIAR WITH THE FOOD AND BEVERAGE DISTRIBUTION INDUSTRY --To remain current on each customers line of business and utilize that information to increase sales and the average order size by means of cross-selling and up-selling --To answer the phones in a timely fashion and assist our customers and / or Outside Sales Agents with any special requests, order placement, questions regarding products, returns, discrepancies or quality issues. --To accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes and returns. --To determine customer requirements and expectations in order to proactively recommend new items.
