SCRUM MASTER: 3 months Right the Hire - becoming a fulltime (this is not a contract position) Location: Bristol, CT Job Scope: The duration of this project will be 2 1/2 years. The candidates will be supporting either the Business Applications/SW development teams or our Business Intelligence teams. • Manages all aspects of Project and small Programs up to $5M, regardless of type, from Initiation through Closure, requiring little direction, USING SCRUM METHODOLOGIES • Plans, coordinates and directs all activities associated with developing project plans, communication plans, project schedules, etc. • Leverage deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies to lead project teams as both a scrum master and TEAM LEAD • Responsible for team dynamics, morale and motivation • Builds a team where all members and points of view are respected, Scrum teams, scrum coach • Is responsible for the overall performance and deliveries of the team • Lead Project Teams through identifying and managing risk and the resolution of issues Basic Requirements: • Minimum of 10 years of experience managing formal projects and/or functional organizations • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, playing the role of scrum master effectively (SME on the SCRUM Methodolgies) • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a technology organization or media organization • College Degree • General understanding of client culture and business operation models. • Candidate must be fast paced, hit the ground running. • Excellent Communication skills Preferred Qualifications: • SRUM MASTER Certification preferred or extensive experience SCRUMMING TEAMS
