Misc. Skills: Business Analysis (R), Systems Analysis (P),Change Management tools (P), Testing tools(P), Testing Methodologies (P), Enterprise Architecture (P), LDAP (R), Tivoli Directory Integrator (R), Tivoli Identity Manager (R), Python scripting (P) Description of Project: Create TIM services and policies, adapters, TDI assembly lines for new or revised applications supported by the Tivoli Identity Manager product suite. Support / update custom J2EE reporting application using Websphere 7 and Websphere Integration Developer 7. Desired Deliverables: Support production IBM Tivoli Identity Manager TIM, TDI Use IT Change management processes and procedures Document all design and technical specification documents as well as revise or create support documents Knowledge Transfer (KT) to: Identity Management team, Architects and Supervisor and project leadership where appropriate. Plan for KT during Project: Reviews with existing Identity Management scrum team. Project status meetings with: Identity Management team as needed/requested, weekly status reports to supervisor/manager, IDM support and project teams, etc. C3G is a fast-growing, information technology staffing and consulting company.
