A growing R&D Company in Healdsburg is looking to fill a Senior Level Master Scheduler/Planner Professional with expertise and knowledge in, Aerospace, Government and or electronic components background. Ideal candidate will have over 5-10 years of Senior Level Planner and Master Scheduler experience. This person must be able to work with all types of personalities and have the experience in an ever-changing environment. This company has grown from a mid size company to Large sized company within the last year. Requirements include: Knowledge of best practices in MS Project for tracking critical path and application of the program to monitoring project status and earned value. Knowledge of Integrated Master Schedules for tracking both schedule and cost. Familiarity with PMI or government program documentation and methods (statements of work, WBS's, EVMS, etc). Ability to work with programs and functional groups to solicit status and to advice on scheduling and EV claims. Ability to prepare status reports and to communicate clearly with team and with Customer planners. Desire ability to analyze Project and team inputs to report schedule variance drivers and corrective actions for a technical project.
