We need someone to create a form that will talk to our Microsoft Dynamics CRM. We have 2 jobs that are required. Job 1: Create a form that will allow people to manage their email subscriptios. This would say; Select what email notifications you would like to receive - Education - Technical - Accounts All it will need to do is create a dynamic url that would populate the users email address and then allow them to manipulate their preferences. Job 2: Create a similar type form that interfaces with our account profile. When the user submits the form we needit to sit in a 'pending' type state so that when we have checked it we can then make it active if it is all ok. We run Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 and can give you VPN access to allow you to make the changes that you need.
