To help us, we’re looking to recruit someone with a strong track record of working and delivering in Training focused research or related activities. Ideal candidates will have a degree or equivalent in a Human Science discipline or significant relevant experience, and a strong understanding of training theory, research and practice, with core skills including DSAT, training evaluation and use of metrics. They will already be recognised as someone progressing towards national expert status. The role will include supporting the Dstl Programme Office (Human Dimension and Medical Sciences Domain), providing broad and expert advice on Training practices and research trends – plus communicating with all stakeholders, sharing knowledge and capturing trends and requirements.
