Our area is the professional real estate sector and our readers are developers, investors, lawyers, engineers, contractors and more. We need a dedicated, fast and business oriented writer that can quickly gain an understanding of the German real estate market and deliver good news value to our readers all the while not loosing sight of the news as a marketing tool for our core conference business. Publishing every day mon-fri, listening to and incorporating feedback and a good understanding of how commercial businesses and investments work is key. Job Description: - Write 4-6 daily articles on worldinproperty.de, Monday to Friday. - Publish the articles through both the website, twitter and linkedin. - Upkeep and expand our network of news sources, from newsletter subscriptions to the receival of press releases. - Receive, reflect upon and change according to feedback from our marketing department on how our readers respond to your articles. - Write press releases about our conferences (2/mth). - Take on ad-hoc writing and marketing projects as they arise - Contribute ideas on improving existing messaging and content Your qualifications: - Primary Skills: Journalism, Article Writing - Additional Skills: Press Release Writing, Web Content, Research, Commercial Understanding - Fluent German including excellent writing, grammar, spelling and formatting - A work style that is extremely detail oriented - Strong communication skills - A complete Elance profile - An exceptional portfolio that demonstrates an ability to create compelling copy for a wide variety of brands, audiences and industries - References or an established reputation on Elance preferred Desired Skills: Article Writing Keywords: Article Writing, Writing, Article
