Senior HR Business Partner
Our client, a rapidly growing and respected provider of drainage solutions, now seek a Senior HR Business Partner on an interim basis. As Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in the delivery and development of the Midlands region, whilst on a broader scale contributing to the group’s HR agenda supporting business growth. Reporting to the Group HR Director, your role as Senior HR business partner will be to offer the business a tactical and strategic HR solution, making a real contribution to their people agenda. This is a true business partner role, which means you will support your internal customers to achieve their short, medium and long term goals. You’ll perform at your best working in a fast paced environment where there is always work to do and opportunities to flourish! And, whilst you’ll be hands on dealing with day to day employee relations, you’ll also play a key role in the development and delivery of business critical HR initiatives/projects. What we are looking for: - Experience business partnering field-based stakeholders - Sound ER knowledge, experience, and execution - Proven track record, of formulating and delivering HR initiatives to improve/impact business performance eg. Reward/T & C’s, reorganisation, centralisation, change projects/initiatives, systems implementation. Desired: - HR experience in a field based organisation eg. Utilities, FM, retail, engineering In return - This contract is for an initial term of 6 months, but may be reviewed / extended thereafter. Package: £45,000-£50,000 plus car allowance.
