Bournville College are currently seeking young people with a keen interest in working and training in Hosptality and Catering to take up paid apprenticeship positions with employers across Birmingham. Vacancies include Chef, Front of House and Food and Beverage Service. Full training provided although any previous experience and qualifications will be beneficial to some of our employers. Wages and hours of work vary depending upon the nature of the employers business as we work with a variety of catering establishments to provide training. You will need to be committed to obtaining qualifications and attending college regularly, apprenticeship positions are for a minimum twelve month contract, with opportunities to continue to train with employers at the end of this term in most cases.
