Required Skills and Experience: 8 years BA: * Sharp, analytical, professional, communicator * Must have extensive experience with the elicitation and gathering of requirements. * Experience with Agile Methodology Required * Ability to learn new terminology and concepts quickly * Experience with Web/ASP applications and/or 3rd Party Vendor highly desired * Expertise in the creation of functional and non-functional requirements * Experience in creating requirements for processes * Ability to communicate both verbally and written * Abiity to ask clarifying/probing questions of key stakeholders to determine and document requirements. * Have expertise in elicitation and interviewing techniques working with subject matter experts and project stakeholders. * Have the ability to see big picture and conceptualize end product * Strong PC skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint * Having the ability to negotiate and foster cooperation Must have Experience with: * Requirements Gathering * Analytical Skills * Process Management * Attention to Detail * Organizational Skills * Problem Solving Skills * Technical Documentation
