HR Advisor (1 Year + Contract )
HR ADVISOR Our Gloucestershire based client is looking for an experienced HR Advisor initially to join on a 12 month contract with the potential to go permanent. As HR Advisor you would be joining a company at an exciting time of change and growth who specialise in offering their clients a range of service solutions such as technology and process improvement which raise efficiency and reduce costs and liability for their customers. This is very much a generalist role providing a professional HR service to the business via both day to day advice and HR projects. This is a very fast paced and demanding business so it requires a candidate who has broad HR skills, who can be resourceful and is, to an extent self sufficient. This would probably suit someone who has at least a few years experience at Advisor level and who is confident to operate alone where required. We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and background: CIPD qualified (or at least part qualified) Ideally a Graduate Very professional approach Project management experience – able to produce detailed project plans and follow, review, communicate plans as relevant Experience of consultation and due diligence on redundancies and restructures. Flexibility – essential in this fast paced, varied organisation Experience of mergers, acquisitions and TUPE transfers. Commercial and pragmatic – able to appreciate business impact of solutions recommended Good consulting skills – able to listen, question and challenge Must have gained HR experience within private Service sector, ideally within Financial Services A great opportunity for a proactive HR Advisor looking for a adding value role within a growing and developing services business.
