An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Regional Health Safety and Environment Advisor to join the Health and Safety team at United Biscuits. This is a temporary role to cover maternity leave. Reporting to a Regional HSE Manager and operating as a key member of the HSE Function and the site Management Teams, you will provide Health, Safety and Environmental advice and support and play a key part in setting the HSE strategy for the region, in line with corporate business requirements. We are looking for suitably qualified applicants with relevant demonstrable experience in manufacturing. You will be qualified to a minimum of NEBOSH Certificate level in Health & Safety, or equivalent, or have a suitable Environmental qualification. A team player, with strong influencing and interpersonal skills, and an ability to develop, and implement, pragmatic solutions to complex problems, you will be able to demonstrate the leadership skills and behaviours required of this challenging role.  If this sounds like you, apply now for immediate consideration!
