Biscor Ltd of Bradford, West Yorkshire – a manufacturer of PTFE coated fiberglass fabric, belts and adhesive tape products are seeking a dynamic person for the position of Inside Sales Representative – initially to cover Ma ternity leave from early October 2012. The successful individual will be responsible for representing the company in developing excellent customer relationships with all existing and potential customers through informative, efficient and friendly service. This position requires a team player able to interact with all departments. Responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to : · Provide a high level of cus tomer service to ensure complete client satisfaction · Develop relationships with customers responding to their questions efficiently and courteously · Process orders/sample requests coming in via telephone, fax, and email · Efficient communication with outside sales staff regarding quotes, market trends and customer updates · Follow up on quotes, standing orders, etc. · Develop lead and expand existing accounts · Generate incremental revenue according to specific targets · Carry out a nalysis of territories, markets, industries, etc. · Record keeping (inbound/outbound calls, customer feedback, inquiries etc.) Qualifications / Skills Required: · College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferred · A minimum of 2 years’ experience with a solid technical background preferably from the plastics, rubber hose, or industrial sales markets. · Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. · A good understanding of the sales process · Innovative, creative and decisive · Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power - Point) . · Previous knowledge of Salesforce.com would be a distinct advantage. · Highly organised with the ability to prioritis e workload effectively · Strong analytical skills · Self-motivated and a determination to surpass performance goals · Be a team player · Strong attention to detail · Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment · Ability to communica te in written and spoken German is desirable We offer a comprehensive salary package and benefits program which is regularly reviewed to maintain them at competitive Industry levels.
