Inperson Interview is must afetr a phone screen The basics: Strong QA Tester w/ Automation Testing & some experience with Java and Agile MUST be able to write code (Java, JUnit, etc) MUST have good communication skills First interview will be a WebEx computer based one where they will be asked to write test scripts as part of the process. If they pass that, an in-person interview will be conducted. The ideal candidate will have: * A degree in Computer Science or an IT related discipline * Programming experience in any of the following: Agile, Perl, Python, Ruby, Shell Scripting, C#, JAVA * An ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues * Display excellent levels of ownership and commitment * Excellent team working skills and the ability to work independently Desirable criteria * Experience using automated testing harnesses (JUnit, SOAPUI, Selenium) * Experience of using Quick Test Pro (QTP) & Quality Centre * Experience of working in an Agile environment an advantage Thanks, Rudhra, Phone: 602-525-4243 Email: rudhra@hgtechinc.net
