You must be based fully in the US or UK (because of timezone and communication reasons). We have a fully functional site which is in need of further development. Think: 37 signals Basecamp style functionality, but our offering is completely different. This is a 10 week project which will likely extend far beyond. We'll need 5-10 hours per day of development time where you will be working closely with our principal developer to execute specific portions of the site. We're interested in working with people who are methodical, skilled, fast, and great communicators. Our budget is significant which requires a high level of professionalism and experience.
