Customer Services Admin
Due to increased sales orders, our client a highly reputable and globally recognised company who specialise in the design and manufacture engineering products, is seeking a further customer services administrator to join their existing team in Conwy. This is an exciting and varied role where your duties will include; Assisting with marketing activities Maintaining and updating the company website Maintaining the customer database Assisting with invoicing Dealing customer enquiries General Administration duties We are seeking applications from individuals who have first class communication skills both written and verbal. You will be proficient with microsoft packages with a keen eye for detail and enjoy working in a busy and varied office environment. It would be highly beneficial if you have experience in customer services or sales administration gained within a manufacturing, design or engineering company. Hours of work will be based on 39 per week Monday to Friday and you can expect an hourly rate of pay upto £8.21 per hour.
