Our client is a Facilities Management company based in South Bristol who, due to extra workload and expansion have an opportunity for an experienced Administrator. Working in an office of four, duties will include: Dealing with and responding to maintenance and repair enquiries via telephone and email Ensuring the smooth co-ordination of all maintenance for commercial properties across the South West Dealing with engineers to allocate work schedules, and updating clients to advise on appointments Processing timesheets for engineers Processing invoices for projects Filing and organising paperwork Use of Word and Excel Providing general administrative support This is a busy and varied role that requires someone who has a “hands on” approach and the ability to multi task, as well as strong communication skills and knowledge of Word and Excel.
