Our client is well established bank seeking a Junior Network Support Analyst Location: Long Island, NY or Mahwah, NJ Duration: 3 months with high possibility of extension Job Description: This individual will be supporting a number of initiatives and increased workload or this group. They will be supporting several initiatives including the CSR refresh initiative. This work will include imaging of new machines, handling inventory, decommissioning old equipment, deploying equipment in the field, and other PC hardware support as needed. These individuals will support from the home office site or travel to on-site locations in the area as needed. This individual will provide field support so they will need to have strong communication and customer facing skills. This individual will need their own reliable transportation and will need a valid driver’s license for this role. Regional/local travel will be required for this position. Travel required, other than driving to and from the daily office, will be expensed and reimbursed. MUST HAVE SKILLS -Candidate should have 2 + years technical experience with demonstrated working knowledge of operating systems, hardware platforms, and technical disciplines and problem solving/troubleshooting skills. -Must have some networking & PC troubleshooting experience. -Should have strong familiarity with PC hardware. -Should have a technology background. NICE TO HAVE SKILLS -Previous imaging experience -Previous decommissioning experience SOFT SKILLS • Must be able to work in a team environment, but be able to work on projects individually when assigned. • Self-motivated, detailed oriented and have good organizational and verbal communication skills. • Ability to handle a heavy workload and to work well under pressure. • Strong interpersonal skills to provide proper level of customer service required in the position. • Be available for on-call (pager, cell phone and PDA provided). LOCATIONS: These candidates will need to be based out of either of the two locations below. We need (2) candidates to be local to and sit on site in Long Island, NY and (1) candidate to be local to and sit on site in Mahwah, NJ.
