You’ll be responsible for keeping the office running smoothly, managing relationships with external vendors, supporting a team of professionals, and interfacing with teams in other geographies. You’ll have the opportunity to work with some really smart people in a pleasant office environment near the Domain in North Austin. You’ll have experience working in a professional office, with strong written and verbal communication skills. You’ll be well-organized and effective using desktop business software. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Provide administrative support to managers and other professionals. • Coordinate schedules, make appointments, and establish agendas as needed. • Screen and route incoming calls and mail. • Maintain and order office and kitchen supplies. • Work on special projects as needed. • Manage relationships with venders providing service to the office. Required Qualifications: • 2 – 4 years of relevant experience doing general administrative tasks. • Proficiency in keyboarding. • Attention to detail, dependability, effective communication, effective planning & organization • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word.
