Hi, I'm looking for a programmer that know flash flex language very well and that is able to create a complex video chat like vichatter.com with all the features that it has, vichatter has a lot of options like people can use "superpowers" and the user they use it on will for example be muted. There's also accomplishments, presents that people can give to each other, vip and elite accounts, invisible moderation etc. The site that I want will have to be like vichatter with a few changes. I have a modencam script which has the broadcast creation, invisible moderation, backend which will need modifications and many other things which you could use for my site so you won't have to code it yourself. By the way i already have a design i want to use so you want have to create a design.
