Location: Los Angeles, CA Duration: 6 Months Essential Responsibilities: * Leads multiple high priority, complex Identity and Access Management implementation, migration and integration projects in an Agile and Scrum environment. * Clearly scopes and projects, actively identifies and manages project risk. * Estimates projects using multiple techniques to arrive at realistic schedules. * Clearly highlights methods used and assumptions made when communicating estimates. * Delivers project results predictably, on time and on budget. * Provides regular project progress measures and status reporting. * Mentors others in project management and offers various problem-solving tools to guide people, processes and outcomes. * Provide necessary level of support and co-ordination to both onsite and offshore teams Requirements: * Bachelor*s degree in Business, Computer Science or related area * 6+ year project management experience with an advanced degree, or 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor*s degree * 2 * 3 years of experience using agile/scrum methods of implementation of Identity and Access Management solutions * Builds Use Cases for more complex/higher impact situations * demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of the concepts and processes related to requirements, functional design and scope management. * Charters projects clearly to deliver on highest priority features and architecture. * Proficiency in project planning, estimating, and scheduling, can quickly bring teams from project charters to realistic software release plans. * Experienced in implementing program status, performance reporting and project dashboards. * Excellent communication skills - can "take charge of the conference room" and effectively lead project in all forms of communication - project steering meetings, project chartering & kickoffs, stand ups, design sessions, brain storms, problem solving sessions and retrospectives. * Demonstrates the following interpersonal attributes: Adaptable, flexible; uses grace & tact under pressure; unflappable when confronting challenges; resilient; positive outlook and "can-do" attitude; respectful & approachable style. Additional Qualifications * Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science or related area strongly preferred.
