Oracle HR/PAYROLL resource 1. Must possess strong Data analysis skills,; Ability to effectively discuss and determine business user needs for data management and conversion requirements 2. Analyzes source data files and layouts to develop data conversion requirements 3. Reconciles gaps for missing data elements; Performs extensive testing Acceptance Test before turning data over to client team for its testing. 4. Must demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills to a variety of audiences. 5. Must have Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite HR and or/ Payroll
