selling educational game to school boards in Canada - Lead Generation Sales
Our organization is the leading provider of alternative dispute resolution (mediation, arbitration, negotiation) services and training in Canada. Our online training division has created a interactive game to help pre-teens (grades 5-8) deal with bullying. The game emphasizes the power of assertiveness and integrity through simulations of day-to-day situations that age group experiences, and has different versions geared directly towards both boys and girls. The game has won several awards in the computing industry, but to date has not been publicly marketed. We believe a profitable market for it likely exists, but do not have the time or resources to actively market it ourselves. We would like to hire a salesperson, with some money upfront and after on a strictly commission basis, to sell the game to school boards and/or schools. With the increasing recognition of the problem of bullying-including the introduction of anti-bullying legislation in Ontario, coming into force September 2012-we believe this game could be a great resource for schools. Strong selling skills, understanding of the education sector and the government's bullying initiatives, and a network into the education sector would all be great assets for this position.
