I represent a group of small Irish Financial Services businesses who are looking to update their web presence. Their clients are high net worth individuals, self-employed and professionals. The design brief is for a high-end professional site whilst keeping a low-key feel or exclusive-club feel for the services provided. I want to work with someone who has a proven track record of working on similar high-end type web projects and can give examples of work. You should be able to start immediately and turn around design concepts within 3-5 days of being hired. Job Description: 12-15 page website to be designed and developed. Many of these pages will be duplicate design, so potentially only 4 designed pages required. Full editing access (CMS access) is required post launch. I have an outline of content that I can provide to those that submit proposals. The company may need to add new pages or tabs in the first 3 months following launch, so you should be willing to assist with the additional content post project close and payment. The further content will be straight forward and no new design will be required. Your Design responsibilities: - Translate business and user requirements into highly engaging and compelling design concepts - Conceptualize, design, and develop the User Interface/User Experience as well as the overall look and feel of web pages - Communicate design strategy and rationale to our team, including product managers and other key stakeholders - Create designs including sketches, visual design mockups, visual assets and documentation required for proper implementation - Incorporate user interface design standards across the website, as needed - Ability to handle multiple projects and work quickly without sacrificing quality Your Development responsibilities: - Produce a solid, detailed technical design - Write clean, modular, robust code to implement the desired requirements with little or no supervision - Work with team to triage and fix bugs with rapid turnaround - Contribute ideas for making the application better and easier to use - Allow for CSM/editing abillity by client following project finalisation. - Resulting site should be optimised for the usual search engines - Ability to recommend developer platform to be used which will result in easy to update website by company administrator.
