We have an opportunity for a Mobile Application Developer: RESPONSIBILITIES: As a key member of a geographically distributed development team, this position will design and develop new mobile platform software functionality for a large, complex remote home management system. Principal duties and responsibilities include: Research, design, write, and test new software for mobile platforms Develop enhancements for existing systems by analyzing and identifying areas for modification Create technical specifications and test plans REQUIREMENTS: 1+ years iPhone and/or Android mobile platform development 3+ years Java environment experience 3+ years Javascript development Experience with Git and/or other version control systems Problem solving, task prioritization, communication, administration and organization skills are required, while working to tight deadlines and stringent quality procedures. Experience of software design and analysis techniques and tools Experience with Agile development methodologies Titanium experience a plus Desired Skills Experience with media support for common audio, video, and still image formats (MPEG4, H.264, MP3, AAC, AMR, JPG, PNG, GIF) BlackBerry development experience Windows Mobile experience Symbian experience Education: BS in Computer science / Computer Engineering
