Business Development Consultant - Lead Generation
Closing pre-qualified leads / booking B2B appointments with C-level decision makers. Your responsibilities: * Working from targeted account lists * Meet Qualified Meeting Quota and fill the sales pipeline by responding to, following up, and/or generating ("cold calling") sales leads by telephone and email * Present value proposition clearly and succinctly * Schedule sales opportunities according to defined lead rating scale * Enter or update prospect information, including follow ups required, into the CRM system * Achieve set contact metrics and other performance goals Experience and skills required: * Successful Business Development Experience: Proven success in developing business opportunities over the phone with minimum 3 years field or inside sales experience * Demonstrated experience working with large accounts * Skilled at cold calling * Expert knowledge of the Sales Cycle and Strategic Solution Selling techniques, backed by exceptional quota exceeding sales performance * Skilled at overcoming objections * Strong Communications & Presentation Skills: Confidence and ability to interface professionally with a wide spectrum of customers including C level executives. Ability to structure verbal and written communications * Solution & ROI Selling: Strength in using solutions selling tactics, handling objections and developing positive ROI proof points given strong payback from our offerings.
