Description: - Client is seeking a talented, creative and experienced designer who will partner with headquarter and business level communicators to support the development and execution of internal and external visual communications and creative solutions across a variety of mediums. - Plan, analyze and create visual solutions to marketing and communications challenges, finding the most effective way to get messages across in print and electronic media using color, type, illustration, photography, animation, and various print and layout techniques - Develop overall layout and production design of advertising (newspaper, trade and digital), sales collateral, trade show materials, e-newsletters, emails, signage and promotional items as well as web pages/portals, interactive media and multimedia projects - Create concepts to illustrate vision for design including selecting colors, artwork, photography, animation, style of type and other visual elements - Execute and manage production of communications deliverables - Use industry standard software packages to create layouts and design elements and to program graphics - Ensure all creative work adheres to Client standards and builds the brand   Required Skills: - Minimum 5 years of professional design experience - Strong visual literacy and understanding of typography, illustration, color theory, wire framing and photo manipulation. - Expert user of design tools including Photoshop, InDesign, Quark, and other Adobe products - Solid skills in HTML, CSS and Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint & Word) - Familiar with JavaScript, Flash, iMovie, Final Cut Express, Director, Premiere, Live Motion - MAC & PC proficient - Experience with social media tools such as YouTube (video production), Twitter and Facebook a plus   Preferred Skills: - Be creative and able to communicate ideas visually, verbally and in writing - Have an eye for detail, be able to work independently and under pressure - Self-discipline to start projects on their own, budget time, meet deadlines and production schedules with strong sense of accountability - Ability and desire to work in fast-paced, collaborative environment - Ability to effectively multi-task and re-prioritize accordingly - Clear thinker, with ability to quickly translate abstract thoughts into succinct communications - Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills - Effective team player; able to quickly incorporate/evaluate feedback - Experience effectively interacting with executive leadership and all levels of the organization - Possesses presentation skills   Education: - Bachelor's degree in graphic design     Feel free to call me anytime.       Thanks & Regards,   Aditya Bhale ICONMA Tel:           248-275-1092 Toll Free:   855-274-1092 Fax:          800- 489-8046 Email:       aditya@iconma.com
