MS Exchange Administrator
Immediate contract opportunity for Microsoft Exchange Administrator with Direct Government Client in Brooklyn, NY Trigyn's Direct Government Client has a contract assignment for a Microsoft Exchange Administrator in Brooklyn, NY. Description: Provide subject matter expertise to the Enterprise helpdesk during email migrations. Provide subject matter expertise for migrated archived email. Ability to follow instruction and execute project plans. Create Clearwell “Collection Tasks” against defined sources (defined by management and legal departments). Create Clearwell “Collection Sets” to prepare the data for processing by the Processing, Analysis and Review module. Assist in the creation of workflow templates to be used as an e-discovery standard for each agency using the Clearwell tool. Enable Clearwell users/agencies as they come online in the environment (providing proper permissions, collection tasks and collection sets). MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Note: candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered. The preferred candidate MUST possess: • At least four (4) years of experience as a Microsoft Exchange administrator; • In-depth knowledge of messaging systems, system administration and; advanced Exchange 2007/2010, Active Directory, documentation and overall Windows 2003/2008 OS skills. • At least three (3) years experience administrating a clustered, high availability Exchange environment; Experience in a large, geographically dispersed environment; • Full understanding of DNS, WINS, DHCP and LDAP compliant directories; Outlook Web Access and Microsoft Outlook;, in-depth knowledge in SMTP and email archive solution, SAN, VM, MVS and scripting. • Minimum a year of experience providing end users with Exchange permissions is crucial to the success of this candidate. • Create Clearwell “Collection Tasks” and “Collection Sets” against defined sources (defined by management and legal departments). • Enable Clearwell users/agencies as they come online in the environment DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: • Bachelor’s degree is preferred; • Experience permissioning to Archive email preferred.
