We're building health management demos for our online mobile service ( ). We want to create examples of how we support specific disease types and need medical experts to provide background on medications, bio-metrics overtime, medical history, goals to health, etc. The idea is to build a demo for each of these chronic diseases that is very realistic and our audience can see exactly how it will help them manage and change behavior related to: 1. Diabeties 2. Cystic Fibrosis 3. MS 4. Arthritis 4. Oncology Over a one year period in the life of a patient, we will show how different medications might impact pain levels, overall wellness, sleep behavior, etc. We'll also so the impact of doing health behavior such as medication daily could help, or how gradual weight gain can change mood. We will show the patient trying different things and the ability to view impact overtime and make educated decisions. You will help to identify the appropriate goals to track, build patient background, provide stats, and key events that might happen (i.e. hospitalization. medication adjustments, side-effects). We will in put the data, but need a medical professional in each of these fields to make the use case very viable. The best person for someone with this project is a specialist in the field, a patient counselor, nurse practicioner, etc. someone who deeply understands patient challenges, medical therapies, and their results. It's a person that can visualize and build a portrait of a patient's life. We are looking for one expert with deep knowledge in each of the disease categories. No someone that has general medical knowledge. ------------------------------------------ Added 16 AUG 2012, 12:17 PM EDT Based on some of the bids I realize I need to clarify a bit this is not a writing project -- it is simply to provide data that would be realistic and we will then insert into the application. For example patients weight at the start of the year and at the end. Patient blood glucose at different times int he day or when on different medications. Patient age. Patient blood type. Patient history of surgery. Patient medication schedule, and changes during the year -- perhaps related to a medical event. Patient mood. Patient goals related to condition, such as exerecise, or check blood glucose, or monthly blood work appointment.
