We are looking for a professional skilled in Photoshop to edit our event photos. Your duty will be to color correct, crop, straighten, retouch minor blemishes in faces (maybe if needed), reduce noise (when needed) and convert our raw files into jpgs. All this tweaking must be done within the Camera RAW application used with Photoshop (we currently use Camera RAW 5.7 version) or Ädobe Lightroom as long as xmp metadata files are created. The average amount of photos per event is about 500-700 RAW files (sometimes more or less, usually less.) We will need to get the resulting jpgs AND the xmp files. We pay per project.
