Our client is seeking a technical lead proficient in Microsoft technologies, Object-Oriented Design and Web Application Frameworks. Responsibilities include oversight and management of on-shore and off-shore development teams responsible for application management (support, maintenance, upgrades). The position requires technical work (analysis, design, prototyping) as well as oversight of enhancements and new projects. Must have proven experience in both solving business problems using OO methodologies and implementing those solutions through technical oversight of development resources. Preferred Skills include: Use of Object Oriented application frameworks Experience leading offshore teams is a big plus - Infratsructure experience - server configuration, monitoring tools, diagnostics - C#, .NET, WCF, ASP.NET, XML, XSLT, Web Services 7-9 years experience programming and object oriented design - SQL Server 2005, 2008 Visual Studio/TFS Experience managing and enhancing custom applications development life cycle Management experience - development team management
