Description: The purpose of the program is to transform the process of handling citizen emergency calls for service (primarily via E911) by utilizing new state of the art Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems and related hardware and software components. The purpose of this project is to select and deploy a state of the art Computer-Aided Dispatch system for the client along with all related software and hardware components (i.e. interface GIS, Mapping, AVL, Mobile Terminals and Records Management).
