SAP System Administrator Raleigh, NC The IT System Administrator for SAP will understand and implement best Business Processes in a SAP environment by designing appropriate solutions supporting the customer’s business processes as part of the overall SAP program within the Financial System Group. You will be directly responsible for SAP Basis configuration, installation, performance, release upgrades, security functions, transport systems for SAP systems based on the technical. The SAP System Administration Lead is also responsible for leading the SAP authorization configuration, including portal and HR authorization concepts. Monitor all SAP systems (i.e. Netweaver, PI, ECC6 - FICO, BW, Bank Analyzer) processes, systems logs, error reporting, performance and load balancing 2. Review and coordinate rollout of support packages, kernel upgrades and general maintenance 3. Manage troubleshoot technical issues. 4. Familiar with AIX and/or LINUX administration, file system maintenance and VI. 5. SAP Solution Manager implementation, configuration and support 6. Provide 24/7 on call support on rotation basis 7. Design, implement, and deliver complex SAP GRC solutions 8. Perform the role of SAP GRC subject matter specialist including the ability to provide in-depth application support to internal/external project team members 9. Understand critical business and information technology risks including segregation of duties principles 10. Contribute to internal SAP GRC knowledgebase including the development of training material, methods, and tools 11. Engage in internal and external eminence building activities such as speaking at conferences and hosting webcasts 12. Demonstrate advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls and related standards 13. Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement 14. Migrating code between regions 15. Provide support for SAP through monitoring, analysis and recommendations for increased performance and efficiencies. 16. Work with Line of Business and Functional Security Administrators to establish appropriate data security and user access roles. 17. Assist in reviewing and applying vendor patches, configures, reviews, and analyzes database load processes for assigned databases. 18. First line of contact between IT and Business Analyst for Vendor support. Associate’s Degree in Information Systems or related curriculum or equivalent education and related training 2. 5+ years experience in SAP ECC or R/3 application security controls design and implementation. 3. Experience with compliance solutions and compliance products such as, SAP GRC Access Controls and/or Process Controls (Risk analysis and remediation, Super User Privilege Management, Compliant User Provisioning, Enterprise Role Management) 4. Certified Technology Professional - System Administration (DB2/Oracle) with SAP NetWeaver 7.0 5. SAP Certified Technology Professional - Platform Technology with SAP NetWeaver 7.0 preferred 6. Experience with security design and configuration with FICO and BW. Knowledge of Banking Analyzer is preferred. 7. Two to three years of experience or equivalent proficiency in application, design, and programming, including at least one year with an enterprise database 8.
